Many public buildings are heated by an oil-fired boiler, a solution which is both bad for the environment and the economy. By heating with wood pellets instead of oil, an environmentally friendly fuel is used, while dramatically reducing costs.

By making use of operational leasing, the energy centre can be fully financed in such a way that the only economic consequence of this is reduced operating costs from the date the facility is operational. This gives an excellent economy to reap the environmental benefits.

The facility can be integrated into the building or supplied as a separate building/container, which stands next to the main building. In both cases, the energy centre can be supplied in the same design as the rest of the building.
